We mourn the loss and celebrate the life of Daniel Gardner, born August 1, 1999, who left us too soon on November 4, 2025. His vibrant spirit is lovingly remembered by his dear mother, Jayne Gardner, his devoted father, Henry Gardner, his supportive brother, Corey Gardner, his affectionate sister, Sarah Gardner, his sister-in-law Katie Gardner, and his caring grandmother, Joyce Coleman. Daniel was predeceased by his grandparents, Donald Coleman, Barbara Blow, and Arthur Blow, whose memories continue to inspire our family.

A graduate of Valparaiso High School in 2018, Daniel was best described as a kind, loving, and caring individual whose radiance touched everyone he met. He was a tenacious fighter and a survivor who cared deeply for others and held his family close to his heart.

Throughout his short but impactful life, Daniel earned many proud achievements. He was recognized as the top concert bassoonist in the State of Indiana for three consecutive years and was awarded a scholarship to travel to Spain. Known for his dedication and commitment to service, Daniel also earned his EMT certification with distinction.

The legacy that Daniel leaves behind is one of love, resilience, and unforgettable spirit. He was a beloved member of his family and his community, and his unique personality left an indelible mark on many. Daniel was loved and adored by all that met him, and his life served as a testament of courage and selflessness. He will be deeply missed, and his memories will continue to inspire all who were fortunate to know him. We loved him unconditionally, and his unwavering commitment to help others will find eternal remembrance in our hearts.
