Thomas Hasslinger, 88, was born February 9, 1937 in Gainesville, FL to William and Anna Frances (Nolan) Hasslinger and passed away November 27, 2025 at his home in Melbourne Village, FL.
He graduated from Ocala High School in 1955 and immediately joined the US Army where he served honorably with the B Batry 10th AAA Msl Bn at Fairfield Air Force Base in Washington State until his discharge in 1958.
From 1958 – 1960 he attended Central Florida Jr. College where he was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and earned a bachelor’s degree in 1962 and a master’s degree in 1970 from the University of Florida. After graduation from the UF he was employed at Radiation Corp. and retired in 1994 from Harris Corp.
In 1995 he started the consulting business Industrial Marketing and Development Services.
Thomas is survived by his wife of 63 years Dempsey and son, Michael.
Memorial service will be Monday, December 29, 2025 at 11:00am at Brownlie- Maxwell Funeral Chapel and burial will be at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery at a later date.
