Vincenza Toni Hatchel, 81, of Melbourne, Florida passed on May 3, 2025. She was born on January 7, 1944 to Tony A. and Jennie Gallace Guarino in Stamford, Connecticut.

Vincenza was originally from Stamford, Connecticut and moved with her parents and daughter in to Florida in 1978.

She worked in electronics for over 50 years as well as being a supervisor. She was a devout Catholic and became a member at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. A very strong woman, she fought a long battle with many health issues.

She loved her daughter, family and friends very much. She was preceded in death by her parents Tony & Jennie Gallese Guarino; her brother Michael Guarino and her grandson Adam.

Her family includes her daughter Debra Ann Mistretta and son-in-law James D. Mistretta and many nieces and nephews.

Please consider donations in her memory to the Kidney Foundation or the American Heart Association.

Plans are being made for her service at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, followed by interment at Fountainhead Memorial Park, date and time to be determined.

Mom, you will be truly missed. Debbie, I'm so sorry for your loss. You know I loved your mom very much. She was my second mom as a lot of people knew. Now she's in no more pain, and she's with God our Father in Heaven.
