Tara Howard
Tara Howard passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on May 18th, 2026, in Palm Bay, Florida. She was born on September 13th, 1961, in Melbourne, FL, and lived a life of laughter and family. She met her husband, Mark, at the Grant Community Center softball field, and the two married in 1982. Together they have two children, Lindsey and Cameron.
Tara was a wonderful wife, mother, and friend who always put others before herself. She was deeply invested in others’ lives, and would often surprise them with small gifts after learning about their new interests. For nearly 29 years, she was a dedicated employee for Clow Chiropractic. While she enjoyed her work, her biggest joy came from spending time with her family and friends. She loved taking family trips to Walt Disney World, caring for her two grandchildren, and reading a good book in the meantime.
Tara is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Martha King. She is survived by her husband, Mark Howard; her cherished children, Lindsey (George) Von Edwins and Cameron (Jocelyn) Howard; her beloved grandchildren, Morgan Von Edwins and Bodie Howard; and her brothers, Todd (Maria) King and Craig (Sandra) King, as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Grant Community Center on Saturday, June 20t from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Tara’s legacy of love, laughter, and connection will live on in her family and all who are fortunate to have met her.
