Barbara Gail Penn Tschannen is the last and youngest of eight siblings who passed before her. She is survived by her daughters Beth and Robyn, stepchildren Parri and Pat, grandchildren Brad, Drew, Hayes, Trevor, Troy, five great grandchildren, and nephews and nieces.
