Ellen Peterson from Colorado Springs wrote on February 1, 2025:
I was so blessed to have Gram in my life. Everything she ever did, she did because she wanted to take care of us and she wanted us to be happy. Along with my Aunt Kathy, she gave me the love and support I needed to get through so much in my life. I wouldn't be who I am today without them. She was so strong; I got my strength not only from her support but from her example. She went through so much and never let it get her down. While I'm glad that she's at peace and no longer suffering, her passing has left a void in my life that I'm not sure I'll ever fully adjust to. I know it will get easier, but it will never be the same.
