Bob McGervey went to Heaven on October 9, 2026 after a short illness. He was blessed with 98 healthy years!
Bob proudly served in the US Army in the 1940s, joining while still in high school.
He worked for RCA at Patrick AFB for many years, retiring in 1988.
Bob was an avid bowler, known by many bowlers over the years!
He met his wife Goldie at the bowling alley in Melbourne & they married in 1970.
They enjoyed traveling, bowling & watching the dogs race at the track in Melbourne.
After 53 years of marriage, Goldie passed away in March 2023.
Bob will be greatly missed by his sister Betsy & many members of the bowling community.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 from 4:00 – 6:00pm with a service at 5:00 at Brownlie-Maxwell funeral home, 1010 Palmetto Ave, Melbourne 32901
Burial will be on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 10:30am with US Army honors at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US Highway 1, Mims, FL 32754
