May Rose rest in eternal peace. She was a huge influence in my career with the Rochester City School District and she and I shared a love for butterflies. She had transformed from a caterpillar to a beautiful Mariposa!

My dear cousin Rosie - a shining light of kindness and care - you always hold a special place in our hearts. Your quiet, consistent good works and support for family and community will be remembered in our hearts like your namesake, a beautiful rose. Your lilting laugh and fun loving spirit spread joy to our lives like the butterflies you so enjoyed. Roses and butterflies will always call to mind your loving, caring and generous spirit.
