Beloved Mother.

Mom was a private person and a stay at home mother. She had her hands full raising 5 children. I think she did a great job. All her children have grown to be productive assets in their communities and have raised 15 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren. I would say that is quite a tribute to a job well done.

Mom was a very generous person, she would help anyone who asked for help. There were times around the holidays she would send anonymous gift cards to families in the neighborhood that she though could use a little extra. And of course she was always generous with her family.

Mom was a dog lover. Although she didn’t care to have animals in her house, if she was going to have a cone of cream( that’s what she called an ice cream cone) she would fix one for the dog as well. I can she her now sitting on the porch or swing holding that ice cream cone for the dog while they had their treat. So funny!

Later, She would keep a box of dog treats in the garage for the dog next door. Every time she pulled in the driveway that dog would walk over for his treat. And after mom quit driving she had me continue buying those treats and giving them to that dog until it passed.

Mom will be missed everyday by family, friends and animals alike.

Rest In Peace Mama❤️

Miss Joyce raised five wonderful children, and they in turn raised fine children. That is truly something to be proud off and I can't think of a better legacy. She will be remembered with love.

Aunt Joyce was the most hospitable, welcoming host to my family when we would drive from Titusville to Melbourne for weekend visits. Growing up, I looked forward to these reunions, bonding with my cousins in the pool, yard, orange grove, on the swings, and at the little zoo down the road. Uncle Hack was also so much fun and I remember eating watermelon on the lawn (and learning a few new cuss words from my cousins!). Ah… the carefree days growing up and visiting Aunt Joyce’s. She helped create these settings, and I will always cherish her warmth and be grateful for those family gatherings.

Grandma Wells will always have a special place in my heart and mind. She wasn't as outgoing as Grandpa Wells, however, you knew she loved you and was always concerned about you. She would even ask if I had seen or spoken to any other family members to see how they were doing. The whole family will miss her, however, she is in a better place. Loving Grandson, Anthony Galen Wells
