From her first breath to her last, Barbie never stopped showing true love to everyone she met. Barbie was a true light of the Lord and on August 6, 2019 she began celebrating eternal life with our Heavenly Father in heaven. What a blessing it is to know that she is fully healed. We will forever miss her laugh, her smile, and the joy she brought to everyone. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Barbie is the most beautiful and strongest woman we will ever know. We are cherishing the memories that will always be with us. Please keep the family in your prayers as we go through this difficult season. We are so thankful for the love and support so many have already shown to us.
“The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18
Family visitation will be Monday August 12th from 4pm to 5pm followed by a memorial service at 5pm in the Brownlie & Maxwell Funeral Chapel.
The family requests that donations in her memory be directed to The Autism Foundation at FIT.

Barbie was a kind and sweet lady. She was like a member of our family, raising me up when I'm was low. She always knew. She was always quick with a kind words or gesture and you just knew she was putting her faith first and praying for you! What a comforting soul she was. She is sadly missed. Our deepest condolences to her family through this change of life...as it does go on. Amen.
