Thomas William Tonk, 80 years old, US Air Force veteran, and member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles passed away peacefully on Thursday February 15, 2024 in his home amongst family and under the care of Health First Hospice.
Tom is survived by his beloved wife Doretta Tonk, and his four children; Mary and Wayne Beard, Judy and Richard Boyer, Kim and Tom Gaines, and Clifford Tonk. Tom was blessed with nine grandchildren Penny Beard, Julie Beard, Danielle Boyer, Austin Boyer, Megan Gaines, Zach Gaines, Kyle Gaines, Clayton Tonk, Kylee Tonk and one great grandchild Kaden Tonk. He was also survived by his sisters Gerri and David Coran, Kathy and Dave Ehlfeldt. Tom was predeceased by his first wife Yasuko Tonk.
Viewing will be Friday February 23 from 5:00 to 7:00 at Brownlie – Maxwell Funeral Home. The graveside service will be Saturday February 24th at 10:00 at St Joseph Cemetery 1422 Miller St in Palm Bay.

We are so sorry for the loss of Tom and we send our deepest sympathy. He was truly a great man and friend with honesty and integrity. Someone who you could talk to who was truly sincere. He was truly a great man.
