Timothy James Moore, 57, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2023.
He is survived by his father James and his mother Gail; sister Lisa; brother Gregory and his wife Thuy; nephew Liam; as well as aunts, an uncle, and several cousins.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio and came to Palm Bay, Florida in 1975. He was currently residing in West Melbourne, Florida for the past 30 years. He was a member of Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church in Palm Bay, Florida.

Timmy, as many people called him, was an ace automotive mechanic. He owned and operated Moore’s Car Care in Melbourne, Florida with his parents. He was also a Machinery Technician and small boat Engineer at U.S. Coast Guard Station Port Canaveral, Florida. Timmy retired from the United States Coast Guard Reserves as a Petty Officer First Class after 22 years of service.

Spending time with family and friends brought him the most joy. As was attending music concerts, listening to classic rock music, and going to NFL football games as a Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan. Timmy was a jokester! Always ready with a joke to share while giving you one of his belly laughs that were so contagious.

Above all, he cherished his family. He was a man of many words with a heart of gold. You could always count on Timmy!

He is now in heaven with our Lord Jesus Christ and hugging family and friends he has missed so much. We can hear him say with a smile, “This is not goodbye, this is see you again one day.”

My dear sweet cousin Timmy, it has taken me a few days to be able to write this not only because I'm so sad & my heart is broken but because I keep praying it's all a bad dream that I'll eventually wake up from. As the days have passed since I received the devastating call that you had passed, I have found myself walking in circles & forgetting what I'm doing as I'm doing it as my mind just constantly drifts back to you & some of the great memories I have with you like.....All the summers growing up that we all spent together, the times later on that I was able to make visits back down to FL on my own & you would take me for beer & wings & we'd just sit & talk & the countless calls that you would make to Auntie (my Momma), that I was blessed to be part of sometimes to hear the jokes you called to tell her (which she always looked forward to & now you are with her & can tell her all those jokes that she loved so much all the time). Oh how I will miss the sound of your unforgettable voice & your infectious laugh Cuz. Timmy, you have left us way too soon but you will continue to Live on in my memories & heart forever. I love you so very much & You will be missed more than you know by not only me but by everyone who was lucky enough to have known you!!! Rest in Peace in Paradise sweet Cousin. My heart & Prayers are with Aunt Gail, Uncle Jim, Lisa, Greg, Thuy & Liam. Wish I could have been with you all today.
