It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Albertine Hayes, born on December 23, 1931 in Weisbaden, Germany who left us on July 3, 2024.

She had a beautifully lived life, full of love, laughter, and resilience, she touched the lives of all who knew her.

She married Carlton Hayes on August 16, 1956. He survives along with her daughter Patricia Long; sons John Stephen Hayes, Gary Eugene Hayes and Michael Scott Hayes; daughters-in-law Michele and Joanne; grandchildren Michelle, Rebecca, Stephanie, Robert, Steven, Phillip, Daniel, David, Jack; great-grandchildren Paige, Keila, Holly, Hudson, Eva, Roman, Joshua, Tyler, Evan and great great grandchildren Payton and Kaison.

Albertine enjoyed traveling, fishing and reading.

To commemorate her incredible journey and to celebrate the love she spread, family and friends may call on Friday, July 19, 2024 from 10 am until time of service at 11 am. Burial will be at 2 pm at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US Highway 1, Mims, Florida. We invite all who knew her to join us in remembering a truly remarkable woman.

Dear Mom, The viewing, memorial and cemetery was and is beautiful. So many people showed up to be there for Dad and you Mom. You looked so beautiful as you always have. The Decon Sol was terrific he was from the Philippines you would have loved him. I only wish I could have done more to make more comfortable. I love you always your son. Steve
