Angela Caffo Brown

Angela Caffo Brown was born February 19, 1933 in Washington D.C. and passed away October 30, 2024. She was 91 years old. Angela was the only daughter of Giovanni and Santa Caffo and had two brothers Venerando Caffo and Carmelo Caffo; all have proceeded her in passing. Her husband and father of her daughters Warren H. Brown passed away in 1995. She is survived by her two daughters, Mary Brown Albright and Patricia Marie Coleman and her granddaughter Amanda Coleman.

The family moved from Arlington, Virginia to Melbourne, Florida in 1966. Angela worked for a time for the Melbourne Police Department and then for 28 years as the attendance clerk at Melbourne High School. She attended St. John’s Episcopal Church and was an active volunteer there. After retirement she volunteered at the Wickham Park Senior Center and in 2010 was RSVP volunteer of the year.

A Celebration of Life service will be on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 10 am at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 610 Young Street, Melbourne. Interment will be at St. John’s Memorial Garden located at the church immediately following the service. Family will receive friends in the church social hall following the service.

Angie was one of those delightful people who always willingly helped, and gave a smile of encouragement. I had the pleasure of working with her at Wickham Park Senior Center, as we volunteered almost from the day they opened the new building. God speed Angie.
