Dorothy Rand Stark (AKA Dotty) of Palm Bay, Florida passed away on January 31st.
She was the beloved wife of George Rand for 37 years.
Dorothy was raised in Cleveland, Ohio by her parents Bernard Bzdafka and Helen Piontkowski Bzdafka who have both predeceased her. She graduated from Mary Mount High School.
She was previously deceased by her husband George Rand; brother Richard Bzdafka and sister-in-law Jean Bzdafka.
Dorothy is survived by her 4 children: Joan Rand Valenti, Joyce Roderick, Judy Rand and Jeff Rand (Joanna), along with her 8 grandchildren: Lauren Valenti, Lindsey Valenti, Kristy Daly (Brian), Danny Roderick (Elena), Drew Brit(Will), Kristin Kramer(Meghan), Ken Rand and Stacey Tompkins (Jimmy). She was blessed with 4 great grandchildren: Wade and Audrey Tompkins and Kian and Nolan Kramer.
She spent many years with her husband George watching the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Indians. She loved to travel and was an avid card player. Her favorites being Bridge, Pinnacle and Poker. She was a beautiful dancer. In fact she enjoyed dancing on the square at The Villages in Florida where she moved to in 1993.
The last several years she has lived in Palm Bay, Florida.
