Judith Moore Seppa, 73, passed away peacefully in the New Hanover Medical Center ICU in Wilmington, North Carolina, on June 19, 2022, from COVID19-related complications. She was born in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania on March 12, 1949 to John Harrison Moore and Mary Agnes Snyder.

Judy is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Stephen Arvo Seppa; her son, Justin Maxwell Seppa and his wife Emily Swank and their daughter, Natalie Sienna Seppa; her son Matthew Joseph Seppa and his wife Diane Butler; and her son, Michael David Seppa and his wife Jennifer Martens and their daughter Adelaide Cecilia Seppa.

Extended family include Stephen’s daughter Alexandra (Seppa) Mehlenbeck Forrester and her husband John Forrester; his brother, Craig Arthur Seppa and his wife Cathy Jones; his sister, Cynthia Lucille Seppa and her daughter Celina Stanaway; his sister, Sonja Leigh (Seppa) Gorwood and her husband Ernie Gorwood; his sister, Linda Ann Seppa and her husband Wes Calkins; and Judy’s niece Tara Marie Baker.

Judy grew up in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, attended Saint John’s Catholic School and graduated from Laurel Hill Academy in 1967. She served as an administrative assistant and legal secretary in Pennsylvania, New York, and Washington DC from 1968 to 1986.

She met her best friend and soulmate, Steve in 1985. Steve and Judy were married June 27th, 1987 in St. Matthew’s Cathedral in Washington DC. They have lived in Florida, Arizona, New Hampshire and finally settled back in Melbourne, Florida in 2002 for good.

Judy enjoyed photography, shopping, music, attending concerts, ocean cruising, and being with her grand children. Judy was a blessing and the heart and soul of her family.

Judy, BE THOU AT PEACE, for you lived a good life and made many good friends along the way. Your life made a difference to so many people.

Her burial will be on Friday, July 1, 2022 at 9 am at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, Florida.
