I'm so sorry for the loss 0f your mom! She was such a wonderful lady! We lost our mom in October, it's so difficult. You are in my thought and prayers. Love you all.
Cindy Tolbert from Glenville, NY wrote on December 27, 2023:
Lora was our neighbor in Fulton. I was a young newlywed, and Rae and Paul were teenagers. Lora always had a wonderful laugh. When my children were born she was kind, supportive and always generous. The Haines were part of our “Fulton Family”. Aaron Howard was such a wonderful addition. My children grew up with Lora’s grandchildren. My daughter Kate would “babysit” occasionally. My son Aaron and Josh were close enough that Josh was a groomsman in Aaron’s wedding. Kara and my youngest son Christopher were musical pals. They performed together for a Jazz night in high school, Kara with vocals, and Chris on trumpet. They were the lobby entertainment, and managed to quiet a very large and noisy crowd with their rendition of “Summertime”. I can still hear their sweet music. Although we have all travelled far from Fulton, our affection for the Haines/Howard family endures and we send our sincere condolences for your loss.
