Born September 25, 1949 in Detroit, Michigan
Departed December 24, 2024 in Palm Bay, Florida

Patricia Maureen Woodall

She was known by family and friends as QueenMo and AuntMo, but her most cherished name was GrandMo. She loved her grandkids endlessly, including those she also considered to be her own. She supported and loved so many of her family members, who always admired her for her wisdom and grace.

Maureen enjoyed living an active life, often spending her time walking in the park or swimming in her pool. She had a passion for dolphins and loved living near the coast. Maureen was surrounded by those who loved her when she passed.

Maureen is survived by her son Jason Woodall, his wife Jen and 2 grandchildren Ella and Carson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Clay Woodall; her parents Maurice and Lucy Burns; her sister Debbie Turner; her brothers Tom Burns and Donny Burns.

We will be having a Celebration of Life on February 5, 2024 at the Harbour House in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. Details to follow.

Donna Jean Remer from Armada wrote on January 11, 2024:
I have known Maureen all my life - we were born six months apart and there are photos of us together as infants, as teens and as young mothers. Maureen grew into a remarkable woman, who developed a career and made a good life for herself and her young son after her husband's tragic death. She cared for her father as he aged, in the same way she cared for other family members dear to her - with grace, compassion and dignity. She generously shared her home and her love of Florida with friends and family. In recent years, we connected over our shared love of our own grandchildren. Rest in peace my dear cousin, after a life well-lived. You will be greatly missed.
