Keith Alston Cain, 65, of Melbourne, FL died on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at the Saint Francis Reflection Hospice Center. He was a loving and devoted husband and father, and a fun uncle, brother-in law, great-uncle “Keke”, and friend to many. He was an avid reader, loved 70’s music, and loved to help others.
Keith was born in Eastover, NC outside of Fayetteville, NC to Vincent Cain and Barbara Cain, and lived there until 2013 when he moved with his family to Melbourne. In Eastover, Keith managed the family’s businesses, Cain’s IGA and Fayetteville Monument Works. He received his associate degree in business accounting from The Center for Degree Studies and operated Cain’s Tax Service for many years. He was the Financial Administrator at Salem Methodist Church where he was an active member in the choir, lead bible studies, and was a Sunday school teacher.
In Melbourne Keith was the Financial Administrator at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church where he was a member. He was active in the church Foyer Dinner Group and St. Cuthbert’s Beer Group.
Keith is survived by his wife of 44 years, Amy Cain, and his son Aaron Cain. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Bruce and Craig. A memorial service will be held at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church on Saturday, March 9th at 11am, followed by a reception.

Keith was great friend to me in 70s especially in hard times with gentle spirit,he took me to a Barbara mandrels and statker brothers concert,he did my taxes too and we always bought our groceries at their store,he was great soul here,prayers for his family.
