Passed October 1, 2024 in Melbourne, Florida
Scott Thomas Brady died peacefully in his home and was lifted to the Lord on October 1, 2024. Scott was born on April 10, 1962 and was raised by his parents in Barrington, Rhode Island. Scott was the third of four children.
Scott was a free spirit and lived in several different states over his lifetime; Rhode Island, Massachusetts, California, Michigan, and eventually Florida. He worked as a skilled carpenter and was proud of his Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) knowledge. Scott always wanted to help people in need and had a great laugh. Scott loved the water and sailed his live-aboard boat from Rhode Island to Key Largo, FL where he lived for many years. He also loved to improve bicycles and would cast a line to fish any chance he got. Scott loved every dog he met and his mini terrier dog, Jax, was his best friend.
Scott is survived by his 3 siblings; Michele, Kevin, and Susan. He was predeceased by his parents Thomas Francis Brady and Anne Theresa Petrone.
There will be no public services, but friends and family can leave remembrances on the funeral home website.

I also met Scott in 5th grade. We got into quite a bit of mischief for a few years. Rest easy brother.

I’ve known Scott since the 5th grade and to say we got into mischief would be an understatement. He was a good person and I feel fortunate to have known him.
Rest in peace my brother.

Scott was a great guy! We had many crazy experiences together but I wouldn't change my friendship with him for anything. Through his many struggles he remained a kind man that had a desire to follow and know his savior Jesus. I have little doubt he is in glory right now. I only wish we didn't live so far apart. We will miss him dearly.
