Anirude Motie, age 68, passed on January 9th, 2021. Fondly known as Jai to his family, he was a beloved partner, brother, father, uncle, grandfather and granduncle. He has touched so many lives with his calm and thoughtful compassion. He dedicated his life’s work to his patients. He opened All Animal and Bird Hospital in 1988 and practiced veterinary medicine for over 40 years. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

I will be forever grateful that he was always there when my furry kids needed him. I will always remember him coming out to the waiting room in between patients; sometimes to follow up on the dogs, to patiently answer more questions and sometimes just to talk. He made me feel safe as I knew my dogs were in good hands.
He was a wonderful human who will be missed.
I’m just so sad to know Dr. Motie has passed. And I’m so sorry for those that knew and loved him too.
He cared for my standard poodle “Lizzie“ so, so many times over the last 13 years.
Although I have been graced by her presence for only the last 5 years, a vet tech at his office was first mom, then another beloved client, now me. Oh the stories he loved to tell of her life. He knew her as a special spirit as I do.
I will so miss the wonderful staff. Thank you all.

Dr. Motie shared so many stories of his own life, I am so grateful to have come to know him as a fellow human being and for his veterinarian skills that saved my Lizzie’s life more than once.

Only several years. In that short time I came to know him as a kind, thoughtful and caring person. Always doing research to find new ways to take care of the pets in his care. We shared a love of tennis as well as animals. He took care of our beloved pets as he would his own. Loved by many, he will be sorely missed and difficult if not impossible to replace. I pray he is at peace with our Heavenly Father and the Angels in heaven.
Dr. Motie was a wonderful man & caring, compassionate veterinarian. He & his staff were always so wonderful to deal with & I could always call with any questions or issues any time. The hole his passing has left in this community will be felt for a long time. Thank you, Dr. Motie, for loving my pets and taking such good car of them. You will be immensely missed. I am saddened by the sudden passing of a great man. Dr.Motie was a kind and caring man to me and my family. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. May he Rest in Peace.
I am so saddened to hear of Dr. Motie's passing. Not only was he a wonderful vet, but a great person and I enjoyed our conversations. He was diligent and compassionate with his patients and their pet parents and made himself available to help at any time. He often answered the phone at the clinic. The care he showed to my animals will never be forgotten. I know he will be missed terribly. My deepest sympathies to his family.
