Bernice Quinn

Born on September 26, 1933 in Elkhart, Indiana.
Passed on April 6, 2025 Palm Bay, Florida

On the day of Monday, April 6, 2027 our beautiful, loving mother, grandmother, sister left us peacefully in her sleep to be with our Lord in Heaven. She will be incredibly missed by all who’s lives were touched by her kind and compassion spirit.

From South Bend, In., Bernice made residency in Palm Bay, Florida in 2000. In 2011 she married Emil Doczy, from South Bend. They then moved and made permanent residency here in Palm Bay, FL and in 2023 her beloved husband Emil passed away.

Bernice leaves behind her son, Gregg Snyder of Edwardsburg, Michigan, daughter Debi Couch (Victor) of Palm Bay, Florida. 3 grandchildren: Marshall Snyder ( Lindsey) of Osceola, In., Holli Couch Kelliher (Ryan) of Melbourne, Fl. and John Snyder of South Bend, In. Out of 5 siblings, she is survived by 1 sister, Joan Spencer of South Bend, Indiana.

Bernice’s passion was the Motorhome Industry as head bookkeeper where she retired from Journey Motorhomes, Elkhart Indiana in 1998.

Her hobbies included Ballroom Dancing and enjoying social events with family and friends.

Friends may visit Tuesday, April 14, 2026 from 4-7 at Brownlie Maxwell Funeral Home, Melbourne, FL. and a Catholic Mass will be held Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 10:00 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church on Babcock St., in Palm Bay, Fl.
