She was born on December 6, 1961 in Covington, Kentucky to Donald and Helen Dalton Mills.

A loving wife and mother, she is survived by her husband Mark; son Ronnie Deatherage; daughter Tara Clabaugh; and grandson Channing Clabaugh.

Cathy, I miss you sooo much. I am sorry my life took me away during your last year. Our calls and texts were not the same as spending time together. Going to Melbourne and not seeing you hurts more than I can say. Rest in peace knowing you are and always will be missed by all your friends (to which there are so many) and by your family. We all have our memories to hold on to. I have so many pictures of us and others to look back on. It helps me to laugh at all our fun times and cry over the stupid misunderstandings. Please know I would have been there by your side if I was allowed. So would many of your besties. I love and miss you!!! until we meet again my friend 💕💕💕
