Joyce Arlene (Way) D’Angiolillo

Born on October 13, 1941 in Irondequoit, New York
Passed April 3, 2025 in Melbourne, Florida

Joyce Arlene (Way) D’Angiolillo went to be with our Heavenly Father on Thursday, April 3, 2025 in Melbourne, Florida.

She was born on October 13, 1941 in Irondequoit, New York to her parents Howard A. and Marion (Ernisse) Way. Joyce is the second oldest of 5 siblings and is the first to see Jesus. Her siblings are Barbara (Carl – deceased) Sherwood, Alan (Mary) Way, David (Barbara) Way, and Ronald (Laurie) Way.

After high school, Joyce attended SUNY (State University of New York) in Brockport, New York. Joyce married Frank (Butch) D’Angiolillo (who preceded her in death in 2005). She made a career of caring for children out of her home, which was her passion. She was known as “Aunt Joyce” to all those she cared for in her lifetime. She also worked at K-Mart and Wal-Mart part time. After she retired, she continued to care for her great grandchildren, up until her passing.

Joyce and Frank have 4 children: Andrew (Tammy) D’Angiolillo, Daniel (Peggy) D’Angiolillo, Joseph D’Angiolillo, and Kathleen (Jason) Bussendorf; 9 grandchildren: Daniel Jr., Jennifer, Michelle, Cassandra, Amanda (Ryan), Gregory (Tabitha), William, Gina (Derek), and Timothy (Michela); and 12 great grandchildren: June, Jesse, Spencer, Colten, David, Olivia, Damien, Jaxen, Brayden, Bentley, Ava, and Arabella. Charlie is due on August 14th.

We will all miss her dearly, but we know she is celebrating with her Jesus, healed, and walking the golden streets in Heaven.

Her service will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at Eau Gallie First Baptist Church (1501 W. Eau Gallie Blvd) in Melbourne, Florida. There will also be a memorial service held at Brockport First Baptist Church in Brockport, New York. The date and time will be posted at a later date.
