My beautiful name sake. My mother Irene Burrows named me after Rachel and we have fond memories with the Velie family. My heart goes out to her family and her husband Paul. I will always remember Rachel's bright smile and her kind spirit. Rachel lived a life that reflected her faith, and I have no doubt you're now resting in the arms of Jesus. Rest in Heavenly Peace, I will miss you deeply. I love you always and forever.
