Agnes “Aggie” Ann (Fitzpatrick) Stallard, 79, of Indialantic, FL went to be with our Lord, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, January 21, 2024. She fiercely and bravely battled cancer for two and a half years and died peacefully at home.
Aggie was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Thomas Michael and Irene Agnes (Funk) Fitzpatrick on November 22, 1944. She married David Jonathan Stallard, in 1964 (divorced in 1991) and relocated to Eau Gallie, FL in 1965, three months after the birth of their first son, David.
She started her title insurance career in 1978 and bought State Title & Guaranty Co., Inc. in 1984. She built State Title into one of the largest and most successful title insurance companies in Brevard County working the family business with children, Tom and Kim. Megan, her granddaughter-in-law, joined the family business in 2021. Aggie sold State Title to Tom in 1994 and continued to work and offer counsel as Vice President. After 39 years of serving the real estate community, she retired in 2017.
Aggie was deeply committed to her family and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchild. One of her most endearing qualities was her generosity as she abundantly gave of her time, talents, and treasures to family and friends. She enjoyed beach living, slot machines, and playing cards with family. The family is grateful for the love she shared, the wisdom she imparted, and the indelible mark she left on those who loved her.
