Carol J. Giangrasso, 70, of Melbourne, Florida passed on December 5, 2024 in Palm Bay, Florida. She was born on October 25, 1954 in Brooklyn, New York to Alfred and Esther (Goeschl) George.
Her family includes her daughter Nicole Alonzo; sons Jon and Brad Giangrasso, sister Janice Matthews; brothers Larry and Terry George; grandsons Franco, Domenic, Jacob and Ethan and her former spouse Gregory Giangrasso. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed and loved her grandchildren so much.
She was preceded in death by her parents Al and Esther George.
Carol came to this area in 2001 and lived in Satellite Beach and Melbourne. She was of the Baptist faith.
A celebration of Carol’s life is being planned for later this month.

I had the pleasure of know Ms. Carol from my work. She was always a joyful person to talk to. She would always greet me with a smile. I would always make sure she would get her coffee a head of the morning meal and her sweet tea before lunch. I had a chance to go and see her two days before she went to be with Jesus and tell her I loved her. I will miss you but God gained a beautiful soul.
