He is survived by his wife Teresa Hughes and mother Mary Ann Hughes. David was pre-deceased by his father Bentley O’Neill Hughes, Jr.

His Celebration of Life service will be at 11 am at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) 2010 South Babcock Street, Melbourne, Florida on Saturday, August 24, 2024.
