Renee’ Henriette Lettiere was born on May 2, 1935 in Poitiers, France. She departed on July 10, 2024 in Melbourne, Florida.
On July 10, 2024, Renee’ H. Lettiere, loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully at the age of 89.
Renee’ was born on May 2, 1935 in Poitiers, France to Rene’ Latu and Henriette Latu.
She went on to meet and marry the love of her life William Lettiere in France, and on October 1, 1959 they moved to the Watertown, New York. In New York, she attended and graduated cosmetology school.
Renee’ and family eventually moved to Melbourne, Florida in 1965, where she pursued her profession as a cosmetologist and business owner for 60 years. She had many passions, but cosmetology, cooking, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her family were at the top of the list.
Renee’ is survived by her husband William Lettiere; son Thierry Lettiere; daughter Christina (Scott) Altenhof; grandchildren Brandon Lettiere (Ashley Perino), TJ Lettiere, Brittany (Ryan) Erentreich; great-grandchildren Harley Lettiere, Bella Lettiere, Noah Lettiere, Zoe Lettiere and Jackson Erentreich and sisters Yanca (Dan) Reynolds and Henriette Blackwell (James Davis).
Renee’ was preceded in death by her grandson Bryan Lettiere and siblings Serge Latu, Francine Bourdier, Marcelle Fouin, Jean Latu and Marthe Becker.
Renee will have a Funeral Mass held in her honor on September 14, 2024 at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 1710 Hickory Street, Melbourne, Florida 32901.
