Steve Cox, 61, native of Melbourne, FL, died February 2, 2025 at home. Steve was predeceased by his parents, Marcus L. and Joyce Cox. Steve was a graduate of Melbourne High School class of 1981, and University of Florida, class of 1986. Steve is survived by his brother, Jamie (Karen) of Melbourne and nephew Bryan of Austin, TX. Steve was especially close to friends Shawn and Kelly Eddy and his god-daughter, Stephanie Eddy Mason (Adin).
Before his retirement in 2018, Steve was manager at Radio Shacks in Melbourne and Satellite Beach and at Aaron’s stores.
A Celebration of Life for Stephen J. Cox will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at the Windover Farms Pavillon, 4025 Windover Way, Melbourne, FL 32934. Casual dress.

I only knew "Uncle"Steve for a very short time but could tell how much he adored Stephanie,Adin and their children! He was at every game and was such a great supporter. We often chatted about our health and shared good times cheering on the sidelines.
You'll be missed and I will fondly feel your presence behind me on the bleachers...
