Jane Elizabeth Logsdon, 63, of Melbourne, Florida passed June 25, 2022 at home with her family. She was born on September 7, 1958 in Brooklyn, New York to James and Zada Johns Donovan.

Her family includes her husband of 41 years Michael Logsdon; son Matthew (Brooke) Logsdon; daughter-in-law Beth Logson; parents James and Zada Johns Donovan; brother Jamie (Kimberly) Donovan and grandchildren Hayden, Sloan, and Alan. She was preceded in death by her son Patrick.

Jane was a teacher and involved with many organizations, touching lives along her journey.

Her viewing and funeral services will be at Brownlie Maxwell Funeral Home, 1010 E. Palmetto Avenue, Melbourne on July 23, 2022 at 10:00 am. Following there will be a Celebration of Life from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Grand Manor, located at 1450 Sarno Road, Melbourne, Florida, 32935. Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be provided.

I met Jane and James through Mrs. Rabun, our next door neighbor on Fairway Drive. I also met her sister Zada also. The Rabun family and Zada and James and Jane were so nice. The Rabuns were our neighbors for a long time. My sister and I would play with Jane and James. And James would come to our house and ask if we could sit on the wing on the front porch. And we would. My condolences and prayers to Jane's family. I always remember the Rabuns as being very special neighbors. And I will remember Jane always. The Donovans were very nice to our family.
