Joanne Nicholson, 86, of Palm Bay passed away on Wednesday February 28, 2018 in Palm Bay. She moved here in 1962 from Kentucky retired as a Dean at BCC and was a member of The Graceway Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter Ann Thorpe, a son Matthew Gray, grandchildren Shelley, Jenny and Clif, and 8 great-grandchildren as well as a brother Jack Nicholson.
Calling hours will be Sunday March 4th 4pm-6pm at Brownlie – Maxwell Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday March 5th at 11am in The Graceway Free Will Baptist Church. Donations in her name may be made to the Graceway Free Will Baptist Church.

I knew Joanne from 1986-1990, when we worked together at Brevard Community College. I dearly cared for her and my husband and I both called her a good friend.
