Lally Collins, 56, was born in Washington, DC on September 8, 1967 and passed away February 10, 2024 in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
She graduated from Woodward High School in Rockville, MD in 1985 and High Point College in High Point, NC with a BA in Social Work in 1989.
Lally was a founder and creator of Eastern Surf Magazine.
She was always creating. An artist who gave back to her community in so many ways to the Town of Melbourne Beach and her beloved Oasis.
Her vision of the world was unique and she expressed this through her art. She was a caring and giving person, living to make the worlds of those around her better.

She is survived by her mother, Patricia A. Collins; sister, Curtice Collins Winsch (husband Marty); nephews, Holden and Max Winsch.
And her extended Melbourne Beach family.
Lally was predeceased by her father, James J. Collins.

Lally. Words fail. Lally was a kindred spirit. Her art, her love for her Mel Beach family and community was remarkable. I will miss her tender and beautiful soul. She leaves a huge hole in my heart.
