William M. Carter(Billy) died peacefully at William Child’s Hospice House on June 16, 2021 in Palm Bay, Fl at the age of 63.
Billy is survived by his wife Eileen, sons Troy (Leighkin), Matt (Lindsey), and grandchildren Peyton and Gary of West Melbourne, Fl. He is preceded in death by his father Ersley and Lois Carter of Melbourne, Florida.
Billy was born on June 2, 1958 in Melbourne, Florida to Ersley and Lois. He married his wife Eileen in 1977. Billy began working for The City of Melbourne Street and Storm Water and retired after working there for 32 years in 2006.
A funeral is scheduled for June 26th at 2pm, at Pentecostal Light House with a reception to follow. The Rev. Benjamin Velie will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Billy’s life.
