William Thompson, known to family and friends as “Billy,” passed away on December 24, 2018, at the age of 52 years.
Billy was born in Key West Florida and graduated from Key West High School in 1984. In 1994 he moved to Melbourne, Florida, where he met his wife, Kathy, and where they raised their family. In his final years, he worked as a Senior Associate Government Contractor and traveled the world.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Kathy (nee Bonasera), daughters Jennifer Davis (Robert), Rachel Bonasera (Tommy), Alishia Hall (Steven), Natalie Willard (Jake), Jessica Bogoeff (James), and son Joseph Thompson, and 10 grandchildren.
A Visitation will be held from 1pm until 2pm with a Celebration of Life at 2pm, on Wednesday, January 2nd, at the Brownlie Maxwell Funeral Home, 1010 E. Palmetto Ave, Melbourne, Florida, 32901, with Father Norman officiating.
