Patrick Ronald Riazzi
Patrick Ronald Riazzi, 94, died on August 27, 2026, in West Melbourne, Florida.
Born on February 23, 1932, Mr. Riazzi lived a long life marked by devotion to family, service, education, and community involvement. He attended Strong Vincent H.S in Erie, Pa.
and later Westminster College in Pennsylvania on a football scholarship, where he met his future wife, Carole. He later went on to earn his master’s degree from Rollins College.
Mr. Riazzi served in the Army 1st Cavalry Division in the Korean War. He built a distinguished professional career with Harris Corporation, Raytheon Corporation, and Martin Marietta Corporation. In addition to his work, he served as Chairman of the United Way Campaign in Orlando, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 57 years, Carole Jane Riazzi. He is survived by his daughter, Donna Howell and her husband, Ken; his sons, Robert Riazzi and his wife, Carol, and Michael Riazzi and his wife, Tracy; his grandchildren, Amy French and her husband, Beau, Tom Steele, Jennifer Wooten and her husband, Robert, Lauren Riazzi, Brian Riazzi and his wife, Alicia, and Patrick Riazzi; and his great-grandchildren, Allison French, William French, Davey Wooten, Reid Wooten, Ryan Wooten, Owen Riazzi, and Arthur Riazzi.
A high school and college scholar athlete, Mr. Riazzi loved football and remained active with his children’s Little League teams and High School Booster clubs. He also enjoyed reading, painting, woodworking, and spending time with friends and family. He worshiped at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Melbourne, Florida.
Patrick said “he was so blessed and had a wonderful, happy life with no regrets.”
A memorial service will be held at Brownlie-Maxwell Funeral Home in Melbourne, Florida, on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Patrick Ronald Riazzi will be remembered with respect and gratitude for a life well lived
