Harvey is preceded in death by his wife, Janet, and survived by his wife, Ivodean; son, Jeffrey Spell; daughter, Lori (Kevin) Saxton; grandchildren, Jonathan and Kaylee; brothers, Jim (Glenda) and Kenneth (Judy) Spell.
Memorial will be held Saturday, March 20, 2:00pm at Chapel by the Sea, Melbourne Beach.

Harvey was a faithful man of God. We were so blessed to have him in our lives. He will live on in our wonderful memories of him; fishing with the kids, quoting scripure, his dry humor that we loved so much, his open and loving personality. We love him so very much.
