Charles D. Hoover, Jr., 76 of Palm Bay, a lifetime resident of Brevard Co. passed away Friday October 25, 2019, He was a Land Surveyor and Paint and Body Technician. Survivors include his sisters Juana Wilcox and Joanne Wisler and 8 nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be in the Brownlie – Maxwell Funeral Chapel on Friday November 1st from 12pm-1:30pm with a service at 1:30pm.
