Janice Edna Underwood Bittner born April 28, 1934, in Ossining, New York, died peacefully at the age of 88, Thursday, March 2, 2023, at VITAS Hospice House, Rockledge, FL. Survivors include her daughter, Beth Dombek, son-in-law, Timothy, and grandson, Jonathan, all of Glendale, AZ; daughter and care-giver, Lory Bittner of Melbourne, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Stan, her parents, Lewis and Edna Underwood, and her brother, Paul Underwood. She retired from Rockwell-Collins Avionics. She was a knowledgeable and avid baseball fan and cheered on the Tampa Bay Rays. A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 11:00 AM at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 610 Young Street, Melbourne, FL.
