She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Lawless on April 17, 2004.
Marie enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. They enjoyed family picnics at Wickham Park. She had a love for all of her dogs both past and present. Her wish was for everyone to be kind to one another.

I loved, respected and admired my aunt cherry. She was kind, giving and accepting. She is already sadly missed.
