Phyllis Constantino a resident of the Melbourne area since 1957, died on December 17, 2021 at age 93. Her faith, family and friends meant everything to her.

Phyllis was born in Providence Rhode Island on January 22, 1928. She was one of five sisters and two brothers. She worked as a secretary in the family construction business and was an accomplished cook and homemaker.

Phyllis was the daughter of the late Josephine and Joseph Rainone of Providence, Rhode Island. She was predeceased by siblings Marie Calabro, Anna Rainone, Joseph Rainone, Margaret DeSimone, Fred Rainone and Angie DeLucia as well as her husband Louis Constantino and granddaughter Anna Lynn Constantino. She is survived by her sons, Kenneth wife Maria Thomas (Tucker )and Ronald Constantino of Melbourne, Florida. She is also survived by her daughter in law Maria Constantino and grandsons Matthew Constantino and Jordan Constantino and great granddaughters Bella Constantino, Lucy Constantino and Evie Constantino. She spent virtually all of her time being around her family and cherished them as they did her.

Phyllis loved to travel with her late husband Louis and well as singing Karaoke and reminiscing with her late sister Marie. Her most cherished times however were the holidays and family birthdays and gatherings where she would prepare Italian dishes for the entire family. Phyllis was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and VFW Post 4206.

A Funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 1626 Oak Street Melbourne, Florida at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 22.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Association.

I was so sad to learn you have passed. You were my Moms best friend, (Gloria), and a dear friend to me as well. I pray for your family and that you are at peace in heaven with my Mother. We loved you dearly.
