Robert H. Powers, 88, of Melbourne, Florida passed on May 8, 2024. He was born on March 5, 1936 in Medway, Maine.

He served honorably for 23 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Master Sergeant. Robert was a member of the Moose Lodge, he enjoyed building and flying model airplanes and rockets.

Robert’s family includes his children, Robert J. Powers, Mark A. Powers, Patricia A. Hume, Roger D. Powers, Rose M. King, Michael F. Powers and Peter A. Powers; many grandchildren and a few great grandchildren and a brother, Bernal F. Powers, Jr.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan in July of 1999 and his daughter Mary M. Thompson who passed recently.

Robert will be buried with his wife, Joan in South Cemetery, Orange, Massachusetts with United States Air Force Honors.
