William “Bill” Rowe 69, of Palm Bay, Florida passed away peacefully on April 13, 2026. Bill was born in Wichita Falls, Texas at Sheppard Air Force Base to parents Gilbert and Dorothy Rowe.
Bill graduated from Satellite High and had a long career as a Program Manager with Dictaphone Corporation.
In his younger years Bill liked to go surfing, fishing, and boating. For the last 11 years since his retirement, Bill enjoyed traveling the world, cooking, College football, and spending his summers in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Though, he was happiest when he was on a cruise ship.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Sharon Knecht Rowe, his three children, Cheryl Pazderak (Bobby), Robyn Rowe, William “Billy” Rowe (Lily) and six grandchildren. Brothers Gil Rowe (Betsy) of Palm Coast, FL and Keith Rowe (Kim) of Dickson, TN.
A celebration of Life will be held at Outriggers Bar & Grill, 4015 Main St., Micco, FL 32976. May 29, 2026, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm.
Arrangements are being handled by Brownlie-Maxwell Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Florida. Memorials in Bill’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society.

I worked with Bill at Dictaphone Corp in the 1980’s and 1990’s. He was a great coworker and all-around good guy that everyone liked to be around! I lost track of him when I moved back to Connecticut. RIP and prayers to his Family.
