Dave Gray

Departed June 3, 2022 in Melbourne, Florida

Dave, our loving husband, son, brother and friend passed on 6/3/22.
He was an insurance agent at Mack Group, Melbourne FL and Gray & Gray Insurance, Ledgewood NJ.
He was a proud graduate of FIT Aerospace Engineering program. It was a good fit for him as he enjoyed flying both as a private pilot and R/C airplanes. He designed an airplane and many of his R/C airplanes. Always looking to break the barriers of earth. He was a member of AOPA and EAA.
When he was not flying, he enjoyed cooking. Every meal was a production. Especially his themed dinners for the holidays. His creativity was amazing.
He is survived by his mother Helen (Penny) Gray and wife Gloria Gray. Predeceased by his sister Deborah (Debbie) L. Gray.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to EAA’s Young Eagles Program. Dave was an avid supporter of sharing flight to the next generation. In the comments section you would put “In Memory of Dave Gray.”
The Celebration of life to be held at Brownlie-Maxwell Funeral Service 1010 Palmetto Ave Melbourne FL 6/24/22. Respects at 4:30PM. Service at 5PM. Dress code for service: Tropical shirts and dresses as per the deceased’s instructions. We all know he was a character!
