Fran was co-owner of DetectAlert in Melbourne.
She is survived by her husband John W. Black; children, Roy and Roger Black, Mary McClarey and Sarah Ellis; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and brother Robert Sloan.
Private family service will be held at a later date.

Ronnie and the Coggins’s family, Celebrating a life well lived and hot mess ! To all the family left of the Coggins that likes to talk I will have five hours a week available for telephone conferences. Please no family drama I’m worn out.
